Theory.com Return Instructions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your theory.com order, thus we will accept your return of full-priced, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your order. Accessories purchased on theory.com can only be returned to theory.com and can not be returned to theory Retail stores. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and upon receipt of returned goods, theory.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and return the bottom portion of the invoice in an appropriate shipping box. Affix our pre-paid UPS domestic return label to that shipping box and drop it off at any UPS pick-up location. Theory.com will charge a $7.00 return handling fee when you ship your return using our pre-paid UPS return label.
Once your return package has been received by theory.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five to seven business days. You will be notified via email once the return transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
If you ship your theory.com return using another method, please be sure to ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Theory.com cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
Theory.com does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet Theory.com return requirements.
THEORY.COM FREE PREPAID RETURN INSTRUCTIONS (WITHIN 14 DAYS)
A pre-paid shipping label is included in all orders. To qualify for free return shipping your return must arrive at theory.com within 14 days of the date you received it. Please allow 7 days transit time. To return an item purchased at theory.com, simply follow the return instructions on the order invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and return the bottom portion of the invoice in an appropriate shipping box. Affix our pre-paid UPS return label to that shipping box and drop it off at any UPS pick-up location. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non -refundable.
