Theory.com Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your theory.com order, thus we will accept your return of product in original condition, with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your theory.com order. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Upon receipt of returned goods, theory.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
To qualify for free return shipping, your return must arrive at theory.com within 14 days of the date your received it. Please allow 7 days transit time.
Please Note: Theory.com will charge a $7.00 return handling fee when you ship your return using our pre-paid UPS return label for packages received after 14 days.
