Order Status

You can check the status of your order even if you are not a registered user by clicking on Sign In and providing the order number and billing zip code. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after your package has left our warehouse for the tracking information to appear in the shipment tracking system.

Order Emails

We will communicate all information about your order via email. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped; this email will also include the tracking number for your package.

Changing an Order

Once an order is placed, we are unable to change or cancel the order and are not responsible for typographical errors made during the checkout process.

Pre-Order

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that we do not yet have on-hand. The item will be charged and shipped when it becomes available.

For online payment by Credit Card or PayPal

The total dollar amount of your order will be authorized at the time your order is placed. The actual payment (transfer of funds) will not occur until your order ships.

For online payment by Debit Card

The total dollar amount of your order will be authorized at the time your card is approved, which may have an effect on your account balance even though the actual payment (transfer of funds) will not occur until your order ships.

If you order a pre-order item, we recommend that you deduct the full amount of your order from your debit card records to ensure funds are available as your items are shipped.
